A bit about me
A product designer shaped by customer experiences, art education and curiosity beyond the screen.
I’m a Product / UX Designer with 5 years of experience across e-commerce, internal systems, and customer-facing products.
My background in customer support keeps me attentive to what happens when a product doesn’t work as someone expects and how design can help.
Lately, I’m curious about how AI shapes the way we learn, make decisions, and relate to technology.
Outside product design, I’m interested in arts and cultural exploration. With a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and a master’s degree in Art Education, I bring both communication and visual-thinking perspectives to my work.
Writing about bobbin lace, art, and culture is another expression of my curiosity about the world.
